What we collect and why
When you join the beta waiting list we store your email address, what you trade, your account type and your language. We use them only to contact you about the NR StrategyLab beta. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
When you buy or try NR StrategyLab, the payment provider (Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record) processes your payment and billing data under its own privacy policy. To manage your licence we store your licence key (as a hash), your subscription status, your email and an anonymous fingerprint of each PC where you activate it.
Where and for how long
The data is stored with Cloudflare in the European Union. Waiting-list data is kept until the beta ends or until you ask us to delete it. Licence data is kept while your subscription is active and for the time the law requires afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to studioaivj@gmail.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. The website does not use cookies for tracking.

Qué guardamos y para qué
Si te apuntas a la lista de espera de la beta, guardamos tu correo, qué operas, el tipo de cuenta y tu idioma. Solo los usamos para escribirte sobre la beta de NR StrategyLab. La base legal es tu consentimiento, que das al marcar la casilla del formulario.
Si compras o pruebas NR StrategyLab, la pasarela de pago (Lemon Squeezy, vendedor oficial) trata tus datos de pago y facturación según su propia política de privacidad. Para gestionar tu licencia guardamos tu clave (como huella cifrada), el estado de tu suscripción, tu correo y una huella anónima de cada PC donde la actives.
Dónde y cuánto tiempo
Los datos se guardan en Cloudflare, en la Unión Europea. Los de la lista de espera, hasta que acabe la beta o hasta que nos pidas borrarlos. Los de la licencia, mientras dure la suscripción y el tiempo que exija la ley después.
Tus derechos
Puedes pedir ver, corregir o borrar tus datos, o retirar tu consentimiento, escribiendo a studioaivj@gmail.com. También puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
No vendemos tus datos ni los usamos para publicidad. La web no usa cookies de seguimiento.
